Tập trung cải tạo, chỉnh trang các khu ở kết hợp với phát triển các khu ở mới theo dọc trục chính Đông Tây.
Phát triển mới và mở rộng thêm các khu Logistic – dịch vụ – Đô thị khu vực Bình Thắng giáp sông Đồng Nai.
